Nutrition & Metabolism Consultation

Nowadays, we live longer and longer. However, these years we live are less healthy years. From the age of 55 for women and 59 for men, individuals in the Portuguese population begin to live with limitations in carrying out their usual activities and health problems that can lead to disability.

In order to live healthier for longer, we must adopt healthy lifestyles from an early age, which include a complete, varied and balanced diet combined with physical exercise.

In this consultation we aim to help you define concrete, real and individualized nutritional and food monitoring goals, so that you can achieve a healthy lifestyle in your day-to-day life. With this careful monitoring we can create approaches that are more adapted to your social context, making it easier to adopt healthy lifestyles.
