ENROLLMENT/REGISTRATION PROCESS
Students who entered the 2nd phase of the National Access Competition should contact the faculty at the email address pregraduacao@nms.unl.pt.
Please note that the deadline for registration is September 3rd.
In order to complete the online enrollment/registration at NMS through the Netp@ academic portal, you must prepare the following documents to upload on the enrollment platform:
- Required: photo (passport size - face photo only and plain background);
- Compulsory for candidates admitted as minors: if the candidate is a minor, upload the declaration completed and signed by the person demonstrating parental authority or by a proxy.
- After submitting your registration, you will need to request your student card at this link. Applying for a student ID card is compulsory because it is used to access the Faculty's facilities.
- At the time of registration you will express your preference for the practical classes (ordering them by preference) and the assignment is made by lottery. On September 17, you can consult in Netp@ > "Consultation Area" > "My Curricular Units", in which practical class you are enrolled.
Upon enrollment, students will be required to make the following payments:
- 35€ - related to registration fees (annual);
- 14€ - for the annual school insurance.
- 69,70€ - referring to the 1st installment of the tuition fee OR total tuition fee (annual) = 697€
For students who have applied for a scholarship (SAS/UNL), the payment of the tuition fee will only take place after the final decision in the process has been issued and, if the scholarship is granted, after the payment of the scholarship. The student has, in these cases, a period of 15 days to regularize the situation.
- During the registration process, we will ask you to complete a short, anonymous and confidential questionnaire so that we can find out why you chose NMS.
