REGISTRATION/ENROLMENT PROCESS
Students who entered the 2nd phase of the National Access Competition should contact the Faculty at the email address pregraduacao@nms.unl.pt.
Please note that the deadline for registration is September 3rd.
In order to carry out the online registration/enrolment at NOVA Medical School, through the academic portal Netp@, you must prepare the following documents to upload on the registration platform:
- Mandatory: photo (passport size - face photo only and with plain background);
Mandatory for students of the Integrated Master in Medicine: Pre-requisite A (Medical Certificate) get the template here;
- Compulsory for candidates admitted as minors: if the candidate is a minor, upload the declaration, filled in and signed by the person demonstrating parental authority or by his/her proxy.
- After submitting the registration, you will need to apply for the student card at this link . The request for the student card is mandatory because it is with it that access to the Faculty facilities is made.
- At the time of registration you will express your preference for the practical classes (ordering them by preference) and the allocation is made by lottery. On September 17, you can consult in Netp@ > "Consultation Area" > "My Curricular Units", in which practical class you are enrolled.
At the time of registration, you must make the following payments:
- 35€ - for the registration fees (annual);
- 14€ - for school insurance (annual).
- 69,70€ - for the 1st installment of the tuition fee OR total tuition fee (annual) = 697€.
For students who have applied for a scholarship (SAS/UNL), the payment of the tuition fee will only take place after the final decision of the process and, if the scholarship is granted, after its payment. The student has, in these cases, a period of 15 days to regularize the situation.
- During the enrolment process we will ask you to answer a brief, anonymous and confidential questionnaire, so that we can know the reasons that led you to choose NOVA Medical School.
