• Draft, review, and negotiate R&D, IP, and contract research (services) agreements to ensure the efficient and responsible management and exploitation of intellectual assets.
• Act as an interface between the School’s ecosystem and the market, fostering strategic partnerships with industry and innovation stakeholders.
• Stimulate collaborative innovation with companies and start-ups.
• Oversee contractual and financial management of industry collaborations.
• Provide support on licensing deals and spin-off creation based on School’s intellectual assets.
